The series
Aaron, the protagonist, is an investigative journalist hired to lead the College’s independent press — a fresh perspective on a place that has grown too focused on research and not focused enough on its mission: the longevity of humanity.
The founders — Abby, who invented time travel, plus Rebecca and Cora — staffed the entire city by duplicating themselves via time travel. Their duplicates, researchers, operatives and internal agents run timeline experiments and missions through history.
